Ingredients for the croissant
1 plain croissant
4 slices of brie
2 tablespoons of honey
Cracked sea salt
Method:
Slice the croissant down the middle
Place slices of brie into the croissant and using a rolling pin roll the croissant out until very thin
Place 1 tbsp of honey on the top of the croissant and place a sheet of parchment paper on top
Close down the sandwich press and heat until crispy and caramelised
Flip the croissant over and do the same on that side
Add sea salt, and slice in half
Eat and enjoy
