Ingredients for cookies
250g dark chocolate chips
300g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
250g butter
150g brown sugar
100g caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs (from the fridge)
350g dark chocolate chopped
sea salt
Method for cookies
Beat butter and sugars together until pale and creamy
Add melted chocolate and beat
Add eggs and mix again
Combine all dry ingredients and whisk in a separate bowl
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir
Add chopped chocolate
Weigh into 70g portions
Bake at 160 C for 16 minutes
Remove from the oven, add salt
Eat and enjoy
