Easy stove top caramelised pecans
Ingredients
150g brown sugar
100ml water
150g pecans
Method:
Place brown sugar and water in a frying pan and heat on low until sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar has dissolved add pecans to the pan and fry until sticky and toasted.
Pour hot sticky pecans onto baking paper and let cool.
Once cooled chop them up and eat.
